Meet Triad Upper Cervical Clinic!
Dr. Chad McIntyre
Dr. Chad is a North Carolina native, raised in Kernersville. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University at Raleigh, his Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. He returned to Kernersville, NC, to bring his experience, knowledge and passion for health to his hometown, opening his own practice, Triad Upper Cervical Clinic, on West Mountain Street in 2010. Dr. McIntyre is an adoring husband to his wife, Tabatha, and loves spending as much time with her and their kids (Jordan, Quinn, Kylie, and Caleb) as possible. He is active in the community, and enjoys writing, sports, and movies.

Tabatha McIntyre
Tabatha is a Southern California native, but after moving to the Triad when she was 6, considers North Carolina home. She is the adoring wife of Dr. Chad McIntyre, devoted Mom to Caleb and Kylie, Jordan and Quinn, as well as the office manager at TUCC. To her, there is nothing better than working by her husband's side to offer compassion, resources and encouragement to their patients and the community as a whole. She is also the owner of ~Ashes to Wings~ Energy Evolution. Tabatha enjoys helping others embrace balance, relaxation and wellness of mind/body and spirit using energy work and intuitive guided meditation journeys. When not at the office she spends her spare time pouring into her family and friends.

How Upper Cervical Care Helped Others...
After being in pain for months, my doctor sent me to an orthopedic specialist. They did x-rays and began a procedure of injections in the spine. After many trips and injections, I was told “This is the last we can give you.” I did not know where to turn. Then, a “bridge buddy” told me about a new procedure to correct or realign the upper spinal column. She suggested I contact Dr. Chad McIntyre and attend one of his classes on what Upper Cervical alignment is all about. This has changed my life and no longer am I taking any medication for pain.
